More Than Cars: Celebrating Lowrider Culture

In collaboration with the Watsonville Film Festival this exhibit seeks to honor and highlight the lowrider spirit of creativity, culture and ingenuity, by shifting from negative stereotypes to empowering narratives. Join us at Watsonville’s first lowrider culture exhibition at the PVA Porter Building!

Community Mosaic Making Workshops: Watsonville Brillante
Sundays • 10AM-2PM

Learn how to break tiles and set them to a design that will become part of the parking garage mural project.

Crafternoon
Wednesdays & Fridays • 2-5PM

Join us for our Crafternoons on Wednesdays and Fridays. Each week will feature a new and easy craft to complete at your own pace. Supplies will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis as supplies will be limited.
This program is for youth ages 5-12.

Surf's Up! Polynesian cultural event

Experience delicious Hawaiian cuisine from Pono Hawaiian Grill, mesmerizing traditional dance, and drumming, live music and much, much more. Plus, don’t miss out on a special appearance by surfing legend Frosty Hesson, sharing insights from his book “Making Mavericks” - the book turned movie “Chasing Mavericks”. Stick around for a special screening of the film at 6:30 PM! First 50 attendees get a FREE autographed copy! This is a FREE event for all ages!
